Try Dive — Discover Scuba
No certification, no experience, no problem. The Try Dive (also called Discover Scuba Diving or DSD) is a one-day introduction to scuba diving in Komodo's calm, shallow bays. After a 30-minute briefing, your instructor accompanies you 1-to-1 underwater. You stay shallow, you go at your own pace, and you come back either hooked — or with a great story. The only requirement is being comfortable in water.
PADI Open Water Diver
The world's most recognised diving certification. After 3–4 days you'll be a certified diver, licensed to dive independently to 18m worldwide — for life. Complete the PADI eLearning before you arrive and save an entire day.
PADI Advanced Open Water
Two days, five adventure dives — including Deep (to 30m) and Underwater Navigation as mandatory dives. Choose your three remaining from drift, peak performance buoyancy, fish ID, or night diving. Unlocks the best sites in Komodo.
PADI Rescue Diver
The course that changes how you think underwater. Rescue teaches you to anticipate and manage problems — your own and other divers'. Widely regarded as the most rewarding PADI course. Essential step before Divemaster.
PADI Divemaster
