Refund and Returns Policy – Manta Dive Komodo
At Manta Dive Komodo, our priority is to provide a safe and enjoyable diving experience. Please review our refund and cancellation policy below before making your booking.
✅ Cancellation & Refund Policy for Diving Trips

Cancellations made more than 10 days prior to the scheduled dive date:
100% refund. -
Cancellations made 7 to 10 days prior to the scheduled dive date:
50% refund. -
Cancellations made less than 7 days prior or no-shows on the day of the dive:
❌ No refund will be issued.
Please note: Refunds are issued minus any transaction/bank fees.
️ Trip Cancellations Due to Weather or Operational Reasons
If we must cancel a dive trip due to unfavorable weather, park closure, or operational issues, you may choose between:
- A full refund, or
- Rescheduling your trip to another available date
Lost or Damaged Rental Equipment
All rental equipment must be returned in the same condition as issued.
- In case of loss or damage to any rental equipment during your dive day, you will be charged according to our replacement cost list, which is available upon request at the dive center.
We highly recommend that you check your gear prior to diving and inform our staff of any concerns.
Changes to Your Booking
You may request changes to your booking (change of date or number of divers) up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled dive, depending on availability.

Refunds will be processed within 7 working days.
